Hello potential delegates!
I hope this e-mail finds everyone well. I just wanted to remind you all that the deadline to submit the application and $100 deposit for the MIA Summer 2012 Delegation to Guatemala (July 22-Aug 1) is coming up on June 1. The deposit will go toward the total cost of the delegation ($1,000). For those of you who have already submitted the application, you can send the deposit to:

Please note that the delegation cannot take place unless we have at least 10 delegates. For this reason, we suggest that delegates hold off on purchasing flights until June 25, when the deposit is non-refundable and we expect to confirm that the delegation will indeed take place.
